We recognise that each project is unique, and our core processes establish the foundation for the successful completion of your project.
SURVEY
We begin our approach with a free, comprehensive project and site survey to thoroughly understand your project. This allows us to gain insight into your specific needs, budget, and timeline.
QUOTE
Following on from the initial survey, our quotes are detailed and transparent. We clearly specify and list different areas of work, giving you a clear understanding of how your budget will be used to achieve your desired results. There are no hidden margins and no grey areas.
CONTRACT
Moreover, at Dominant Construction, we adhere to the highest industry standards in everything we do. We exclusively use JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) contracts to assure our clients. These contracts detail the work to be done, who will do it, when, and at what cost. We also provide a checklist of deliverables, which we later use to ensure that every aspect of the project meets your requirements.
SCHEDULING
Additionally, for every project, we provide a carefully planned production schedule that includes logistics and permit applications. Our teams conduct fortnightly valuations to keep projects on time and on budget, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with progress and expenditure.
PRODUCTION
At this stage, we put into action everything detailed in previous stages. Clients and production teams can track the project’s progress through our fortnightly reports, which include site photos and updates on budget usage.
HANDOVER
Our approach concludes with our project manager conducting a detailed handover at the end of each project. We use a checklist of deliverables, agreed upon during the contract stage, to confirm that every item has been completed to your standards.
